Q1: Are the gemstones on rings natural?
A: Most of our rings are set with 100% natural genuine gemstones. Minor inclusions, color variations and natural textures are unique features of real stones, not defects. Product pages will clearly mark if any stone is lab-created.
Q2: What metal are the ring bands made of?
A: Our ring bands are mainly S925 sterling silver, stainless steel and gold-plated brass. All materials are nickel-free, lead-free and hypoallergenic, friendly to sensitive skin.
Q3: Will the gemstone fall off easily?
A: We adopt professional claw setting, bezel setting and channel setting for firm fixation. Under normal daily wear, the stones are stable. Avoid strong impact or squeezing to keep the ring intact.
Q4: Is the ring waterproof?
A: It is splash-proof for daily use. Please do not wear it while showering, swimming, washing hands with detergent or soaking in water for long periods, to prevent metal tarnish and stone damage.
Size & Fit
Q5: How to choose the right ring size?
A: Please refer to our size chart on each product page. We suggest measuring your finger in the evening, as fingers tend to swell slightly at this time for a more accurate result. Do not measure fingers when cold.
Q6: Can I resize the ring after receiving it?
A: Most of our gemstone rings are fixed size and cannot be resized manually. Resizing may loosen the setting and cause the gemstone to drop. Please confirm the size carefully before checkout.
Q7: Does the ring feel heavy when worn?
A: Our rings are crafted with lightweight design for comfortable all-day wear. Large stone styles will have a little weight, which is normal for decorative gemstone rings.
Shipping & Delivery
Q8: How long will it take to receive my ring?
A: Orders take 1–3 business days to process. Standard shipping takes 7–15 business days, express shipping takes 3–7 business days. Delivery delay may occur due to customs or logistics issues.
Q9: Will I get a tracking number?
A: Sure. We will send a shipping email with tracking number and link once your ring is dispatched. You can track delivery status online anytime.
Q10: Do I need to pay import duties?
A: Any local import taxes, duties and customs fees are the buyer’s responsibility. We do not cover these extra charges.
